About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets.

We are currently seeking a passionate Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets warmly
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Obtain and update accurate patient information and records
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our veterinary services
- Collect payments and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- At least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred; willing to train the right person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for outstanding customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred; willingness to learn is essential
- Passion for animals and a genuine desire to contribute to their well-being
- High school diploma or equivalent
