When our team saw the challenges facing the veterinary profession, we knew something had to change. Too many veterinarians are experiencing burnout from stress and lack of personal and financial growth. These challenges coincide with increasing corporate ownership taking clinic control and the financial rewards of practice ownership away from veterinarians. The practice of veterinary medicine is challenging; running a business is not something most vets were trained to do. The industry needs real solutions today. This is what drives us. We’re passionate about providing new paths for clinic ownership to veterinarians while empowering them to call the shots.
