Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations

Talkiatry

Talkiatry

Sales & Business Development, Operations
New York, NY, USA
USD 150k-160k / year
Posted on Nov 22, 2025
Talkiatry is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Manager of Growth Strategy & Operations to support one of the company’s most important growth engines: the Mindshare Referrals program. In this role, you will partner closely with field leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, optimize provider engagement, and deliver the insights and tools that enable consistent, scalable revenue growth.
You’ll combine analytical rigor, strong business judgment, and a bias for action to identify what drives performance, uncover growth opportunities, and build the workflows and processes that help our teams win. One moment you’ll be diving into performance data to surface early indicators and trends that guide where we focus, and the next you’ll be leading a territory performance review with executive leadership or partnering with a field rep to test a new approach.
You’re the ideal candidate if you enjoy moving fluidly between analysis and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity, thinking in systems, and operating at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and field operations. You’re energized by seeing your ideas come to life in the real world, and you build tight feedback loops with the field to rapidly learn, iterate, and improve. You are customer-obsessed, focused on equipping our field teams and provider partners with what they need to deliver value to the patients they support.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on operating experience, help build a best-in-class commercial function, and play a critical role in shaping the evolution of the Mindshare program — ultimately enabling more patients to access the care they need.
About Talkiatry
Talkiatry’s mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We are a national psychiatric practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, working to solve the biggest barriers to mental healthcare: access, affordability, and clinician burnout.
Millions of patients struggle to get timely psychiatric care, and providers face shrinking resources and growing demand. With innovative technology, a care-forward approach, and system-level partnerships, Talkiatry expands access to high-quality psychiatric services—empowering providers, health systems, and communities.
