We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Inventory Associate Level 1 role at our food manufacturing facility in 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. The primary responsibilities of this role is monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels in an assigned area. Including but not limited to movements of materials, both physically and systematically, staging, and supplying materials for production teams.
What will you be doing:
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory balances by executing proper storage (Organic, Conventional (Non-Organic), and Allergen), movement, output, and counting processes daily in an assigned area.
- Ability to accurately use the Radio Frequency Identification (“RFID”) scanner to update inventory inputs and outputs.
- Ability to follow the First Expired First Out (“FEFO”) and First In First Out (“FIFO”) system.
- Ability to perform and understand basic Inventory functions (example: how to read and understand lot tag, unit of measures, and understanding where to find expiration and lot dates).
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts as assigned.
- Perform item set up procedures in a timely manner for the assigned areas.
- Responsible for completing all assignments monthly including required training.
- Maintain a safe work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards (report any hazardous conditions to supervisor and/or safety team).
Qualifications

- At least 6 months experience in warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English.
- Experience with RFID scanner experience - preferred not required.
- Experience utilizing or basic understanding of lot tags and expiration dates.
- Ability to follow instructions for operating equipment and record keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a variety of shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º-42º Fahrenheit) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment. This includes executing assigned tasks in the freezer as needed.
