Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Growth Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role supports growth campaigns and partnerships - planning, testing, optimization and reporting. If you are a proactive and results-driven, growth marketer, perpetually seeking new channels to test and optimizations for increased performance, then this is the position for you! Duties & Responsibilities
- Support growth campaign and partnership planning, testing, reporting and optimization, across various channels, to include, but not limited to: partnerships, associations, ABM, media buys, email, social media, etc.
- Support project management of omni-channel campaigns via project management software for task assignment, content calendar, assist in cross-functional collaboration, etc.
- Coordinate with website administration to execute on-site campaign-specific landing page content, calls-to-action and creative assets for increased on-site conversion
- Collaborate with creative services and product marketing to develop visually appealing, targeted content that resonates
- Assist in creative briefing and project management of marketing campaign creative assets, emphasis on ensuring all assets are deployed in channels as planned
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and user experience
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and overall growth strategy
- Manage all campaign expenses ensuring budget adherence and ROAS maximization
- Leverage data-driven reporting and action plan to continually align spend, internal and external resources to the highest value opportunities
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by sharing insights, ideas, and participating in brainstorming sessions
- Monitor trends and suggest new marketing channels and campaign strategies in growth marketing to drive innovation
- Collection, submission and reporting on all expenses to accounting
- Proactive preparation and participation in all team and cross-functional meetings
- Other duties as assigned by manager or designee
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years proven successful growth marketing experience
- 1+ years experience with analytics and data visualization tools Google Analytics, Tableau or comparable software
- 1+ years experience with project management software Trello or comparable software
- 1+ years HubSpot or comparable CRM experience
- Embody an analytical, results-driven marketer
- Ability to establish KPI targets, execute, analyze & optimize campaigns for continuous improvement
- Ability to work with a cross functional team to achieve targeted KPI
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, “self-starter” environment and manage multiple cross-functional collaboration concurrently
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills – able to identify and propose solutions to technical and business issues
- High degree of internet savvy, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for digital and media trends
- A meticulous sense of accuracy, organization, & attention to detail
- Ability to learn from & incorporate constructive feedback
Physical Requirements
Essential Job Functions
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with frequent use of digital marketing platforms, analytics dashboards, and creative tools.
- Demonstrate proficient computer and marketing technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing automation, CRM, and analytics software.
- Execute campaign deliverables and meet individual and team performance targets by achieving key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to drive growth initiatives, contribute creative ideas, and improve marketing processes.
- Participate actively in campaign reviews, brainstorms, and performance debriefs in a hybrid work environment that requires being in the office 3 days per week. Regular attendance at in-office team meetings and training sessions is an integral part of the hybrid work model.
