PetScreening™ is the fastest growing pet-property tech SaaS company. We help property managers and housing providers manage residents' pets and assistance animals (service animals/emotional support animals/companion animals/etc.). Our proprietary screening platform adds an additional layer of liability protection by having a standardized process when dealing with household pets and assistance animals.

Your impact
Who we're looking for
- Deliver polished designs. Craft highly-polished visual designs while extending existing design systems.
- Optimize UX/UI patterns. Systematically think about and enhance UX/UI patterns for optimal user experience.
- Develop domain expertise. Gain subject-matter expertise - understanding user problems, business goals, and identifying market gaps.
- End-to-end partnership. Collaborate cross-functionally to oversee the entire experience, from concept to launch.
- Craft performant UX strategy. Embrace tooling and collaboration to integrate high-performing UX copy into your designs.
- Collaborate across teams. Work closely with Product, Marketing, and CX teams, leveraging UX research insights for iterative improvements.
- Balance user needs and business goals. Effectively strike a balance between user needs and overarching business objectives.
- Support teammates. Collaborate, critique, and provide feedback to support your teammates.
- Prototype and iterate. Build prototypes for design validation, iterate based on data and findings, fostering innovation.
- Autonomous responsibility. Embrace autonomy, accountability, and take responsibility for every detail throughout the process.
- Experience matters. You have 5+ years of experience crafting consumer-focused tech designs across diverse platforms (web, mobile, apps, etc.).
- Showcase your skills. You have a compelling portfolio demonstrating a seasoned, keen eye for visual design, a clean command over interaction design, and mastery of usability and design strategy.
- Master of the tools of the trade. You live and breathe Figma and are experienced in prototyping and in building/maturing/maintaining design systems.
- Communication is key. You’re a thoughtful communicator, collaborator, and thought leader - someone who not only delivers great work but also brings a strategic vision to life.
- Continuous self-development. You have an eagerness to grow by actively seeking feedback and engaging in collaborative learning.
