About the Project
We are looking to partner with an experienced Technical Recruiter / Sourcer to help us find the right additions for our expanding technology and product teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for software engineering, data, product, and IT operations roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong talent pipelines, and lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer negotiation. You will act as an extension of the Hamsa talent acquisition team, representing our core values and ensuring candidates and our extended team have a great experience.
This is a 6 month contract engagement, with the possibility of further extension.
Project Scope
- Act as an extension of the Hamsa People team, representing Hamsa’s culture and values and creating positive experiences for candidates and Hamsa hiring teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and engage passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct first round interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural add.
- Coordinate interview processes and gather timely feedback from hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines and track progress through ATS.
- Negotiate offer terms and close candidates effectively.
- Provide market and salary insights to both candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and recruitment best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical or IT recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally recruiting backend and full stack software engineers, QA, DevOps or related roles. Bonus points for proven experience sourcing technical talent in the blockchain or AI space.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Polish.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Rippling, or similar applicant tracking systems. Interest in utilizing AI to enhance processes and candidate experience (previous experience a plus!).
- Established talent network in technical disciplines.
- Strong sourcing mindset, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach.
What We Offer
- The expected compensation for this B2B engagement is between $3,500 - $5,500 USD per month, based on experience and qualifications.
