The role

The Product Manager, Strategic Initiatives is one of the most important and high-leverage roles at Aiwyn. This person operates as a force multiplier across the product organization - parachuting into the highest-priority initiatives and owning a portfolio of cross-cutting projects that don't always fit neatly on any single team's roadmap. It will be a combination of traditional product management, strategy, and product ops- you’ll touch every part of the product function from the 30,000 foot view to in the weeds execution. You’ll work with leadership and nearly every function at the company to accomplish your goals.

What You'll Do

You’ll have a diverse portfolio encompassing some of the highest priority initiatives at the company. Some of the things you will work on could include:

• Define our Agent strategy and identify opportunities to build natively agentic workflows across our platform

• Define the roadmap for our new tax return delivery product line and take it from 0>1

• Build our internal reporting and analytics structure

• Build our internal customer discovery insight pipeline

• Partner with our payments team and create a strategy to scale our payments business to $100M+

• Define our release and feature launch process

What We're Looking For

Must haves:

• 5-8 years of professional experience

• At least 1+ years of product management experience

• Exceptional Structured Thinking & Problem Solving

• Exceptional Stakeholder Management & Alignment

• Exceptional ability to execute

Nice-to-haves (not required):

• Experience working on platform products or shared infrastructure

• Prior startup experience, especially at the Series A–C stage

• Background that spans product and adjacent analytical or generalist functions (chief of staff, product operations, business analyst, strategy)

• Experience with fintech, accounting, or professional services software

What to Expect

• Ambiguity is the norm. Many of the problems you'll own don't have clear owners, established processes, or obvious solutions. That's why they need you.

• Context switching You'll be moving between very different domains, sometimes in the same week.

• The pace is fast. Aiwyn is growing quickly and the bar for output is high. This is not a role where you'll coast.
